HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) activity can be measured in terms of raw bytes used to complete a send and receive request.
This performance counter indicates as to how much bytes have been received by the Report Server. The value of this counter only gets changed when the HTTP request has been completed. The value of this performance counter is measured in bytes and is usually high. It is also reset whenever the service is restarted.
