BI performance counter: Report Requests – Web service

Description

This metric measures a current number of HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) report requests that are currently being processed by the Report Server. This is a numeric value that keeps going up and down depending on the number of requests being processed.

When the report request processing is complete and returned to the client end user, it is removed from the overall counter.

  2. Modify the ReportingServicesService.exe configuration file to enable HTTP Logging
  3. For a detailed record of every HTTP requests handled by Report Server, you can go through the logfiles which is usually located as \Microsoft SQL Server\\Reporting Services\LogFiles
