This performance counter monitors a total number of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages that are currently running.
The value is expressed in a numeric number that is usually low.

- On Integration Services Catalog, go through the All Executions built-in report
- If your packages are triggered by a SQL Agent, go through currently executing job steps
- When dealing with multiple packages, execute main packages prior to dependent packages
